Returns Policy

You may return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Outside of 30 days please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.

I want you to be completely satisfied with the amplifier you purchased from Voice Aerobics. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your voice amplifier purchase, you may contact Voice Aerobics, and send the product back within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, including the handling fees (Not including shipping).

Your return items should be repackaged in their original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (UPS, FedEx or Insured Mail).

When your package has been received your return will be processed and a refund will be issued within 20 business days. The refund will be the original purchase price less a 15% ($15.00 minimum) processing fee and the original shipping costs already paid to the carrier (even if the original shipping for the customer was free).

Refund is not possible if the product was damaged or scratched or used.

Shipping

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). Items under $100 ship USPS, all others ship UPS regular ground shipping 3-5 days.

Your Order: Tax and Seller Information

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Please note: The sales tax indicated on the checkout form is an estimate. The sales tax ultimately charged to your credit card will be calculated when your credit card charge is authorized and will reflect applicable state and local taxes.

Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Address

If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Packages refused upon delivery will be subject to the UPS refused package fee.

Due to the speed in which your order is processed and shipped in most cases, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel the order. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact Voice Aerobics via email or telephone once you have received the product.

Like any device that utilizes a magnet or magnetic field to operate, the speaker found in a voice amplifier unit may interfere with the safe operation of an artificial pacemaker. Prior to purchasing an amplifier, it is recommended that you consult first with your physician and/or your pacemaker or other device manufacturer and ask about suitability when the amplifier is worn at or below the waist level.

NO INSURANCE BILLING - Voice Aerobics does not submit to insurance. All purchases are cash only. An invoice is included so that you may submit to Medicare or insurance if you desire. Thank you.
